To ensure scientific accuracy while maintaining production efficiency, we employed a combination of Deck 3D and High-end 3D styles. A precisely modeled protein-DNA interactions and AAV capsids with accurate genome packaging ensured fidelity of visualizations. Extensive scientific discussions with the client helped refine the depiction of immune cell behavior, cancer cell morphology, and tissue interactions.


To clearly communicate the therapy’s mechanism of action, we used a split-screen approach that simultaneously presented macroscopic and molecular perspectives. This layered narrative illustrated how the therapy selectively activates genes in cancer cells, triggering a targeted immune response while sparing healthy tissue.


  • Broad Visualization: Deck 3D was used to establish the brain model and tumor integration.

  • Molecular Accuracy: High-end modeling ensured precise representation of viral vectors and gene activation.

The complexity of Trogenix’s therapy required a hybrid approach that combined static 3D, dynamic molecular animation, and layered visual cues. By using pre-existing, scientifically accurate 3D assets—such as brain models based on 10-tesla MRI scans—we accelerated production without compromising accuracy. This approach effectively communicated the therapy’s novel mechanism while addressing challenges such as visualizing complex molecular interactions for a broad audience and meeting strict scientific standards.


We met tight production timelines by leveraging high-accuracy models from our library, employing a split-screen layout to present both macro-level processes and molecular mechanisms, and ensuring consistent branding in alignment with Trogenix’s established guidelines.
